President Barack Obama. Taylor Swift. Grumpy Cat.

What do these cultural icons all have in common? Well, for one, now they’re all living under the same roof….at Madame Tussauds in Washington, D.C.

It’s fitting that Grumpy Cat is in the city where history is made, considering the Internet’s most famous feline is making history of her own—once again.

According to Madame Tussauds, Grumpy Cat is the first kitty to ever be immortalized as a wax figure at one of their museums.

Not only that, but Grumpy Cat also happens to be one of the museum’s very first animatronic figures. According to the press release, Grumpy’s likeness marks “the first official mechanical recreation made by Madame Tussauds in over 100 years.”

So what did Grumpy Cat think of this historic moment in cat hisssss-tory?

“I can’t believe this is happening,” said Grumpy Cat in the statement. “This is absolutely awful.”

It doesn’t look like things are too awful for Grumpy Cat, however, as she’s been spotted canoodling with former Presidents and making her Broadway debut.
