The National Dog Show is as important a holiday tradition as any, and this year’s event—which is hosted by the Kennel Club of Philadelphia— was no different.

The 2016 National Dog Show Presented By Purina made for memorable and dramatic Thanksgiving programming, thanks to the impressive display of breeds this year.

Even though all the dogs are winners in our book, only one could be named Best in Show for 2016, and that went to the sleek and athletic Gia the Greyhound.

The 4-year-old impressively surpassed seven different groups of dogs, 1,700 competitors in total.

With her proud trainer Rindi Gaudet by her side, Gia wowed the judges with not only her beauty, but her overall grace to become the 44th Best in Show champion.

In a statement, Best in Show judge James G. Reynolds said, “Gia fits the Greyhound standard perfectly and also gives that extra showmanship. She has a head like a snake and can really gallop.  A lot of Greyhounds don’t have that showmanship.”

Then again, Gia (who hails from South Carolina) knows how to put on an amazing show. The Greyhound has also won both the Westminster Dog Show and Best in Show in South America.

While Gia was, deservingly, Best in Show, other dogs made their mark and took home some rather impressive titles.

Here are the other 2016 National Dog Show group winner:
